Coconut and chilli BBQ Prawns

The Man Challenge BBQ Coconut Prawns

serves 4
500g uncooked prawns (peeled)
1 lime
1 teaspoon chilli flakes
1 teaspoon garlic
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/4C olive oil
1/4 C soy sauce
1 handful broccoli
8 brussell sprouts (cut in half)
1 handful kale

1. combine chilli flakes, lime juice, garlic, coconut, soy sauce and oil into a bowl and mix (you can put in blender if you prefer)
2. pour over prawns and soak as long as possible in fridge (2 hours ideal but even if you only have 15 min thats ok)
3. heat up BBQ and when hot cook prawns approx 3 min each side
4. with the juice from the prawns pour over the vegetables and place in a hot pan (or on the BBQ) and cook approx 5 min or until soft
5. Can serve with 1 cup cooked rice
