Try our healthy Fish tacos

  • 1/2 lime
  • 2 fish fillets (approx 300g)
  • 2 handfuls lettuce
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 C shredded cheese
  • 6 taco shells

1. heat pan and spray with oil and cook fish fillets (approx 3 minutes each side)
2. while cooking fish, dice tomato
3. smash avocado with a fork
4. heat taco shells
5. break fish into bite size pieces once cooked
6. divide all ingredients into 6 for your 6 shells and in each taco shell put lettuce, tomato, fish, avocado, salsa and squeeze some lime juice on top
sprinkle with cheese and repeat with all 6 shells
