Let’s face it, blokes are fat because they eat too much of the wrong foods and don’t move enough. That’s all there is to it. Simple! Yet weight loss has become so complicated as a result of all the mixed messages and supposed miracle fad diets and fitness programs out there that promise amazing results.

It’s obvious however the so called solutions to fighting the bulge are not solutions at all, and are in fact making things worse. Despite an explosion in gym memberships and low-fat diets over the last few decades, obesity has more than doubled and our kids are getting fatter and sicker. The mainstream commercial approach to health and weight loss has been dead wrong.

If you’re confused by it all don’t worry, you’re not alone. I got a taste of what it’s like when I went into a baby shop for our first child. There were so many dummies and bottles and prams making all sorts of claims that I didn’t know where to look; it was all too hard. I ended up choosing the first product I could to get out of there hoping it would be okay.
